Refund and Return Policy

In the event that you are unhappy with any part of your Rashays Order, you can reach out to us at customerservice@rashays.com or call us at 13000 13000. Please do so within three (3) days of the delivery date.

If your feedback is related to ingredients or the condition of the items received, the return of the
product/s or a photograph will be requested to rectify your feedback. In this case and our sole discretion you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Our Refund Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of the acceptable quality, is
not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a full refund.
