- Place the sticky date pudding onto two plates.
- Heat each sticky date pudding in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds.
- Place the caramel sauce on a plate and put in the microwave for 45 seconds on high (see tips). Stir the caramel sauce with a teaspoon.
- Pour the caramel sauce over the sticky date pudding and add the strawberries.
