  1. Place the pan on the stove at high heat and cook the chorizo until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Add the pumpkin soup to the pan and heat to your liking. Add salt & pepper mix to taste.
  3. Toast the sourdough bread to your liking and spread with butte.
  4. Pour the Spanish pumpkin soup into two bowls. Sprinkle paprika and add the chorizo. Serve with the sourdough bread
