We deliver every day of the week, so your family can enjoy RASHAYS at home whenever you want!
All other orders will be delivered by 5pm to give us the best chance of ensuring you’re at home to accept the delivery. If no-one is home to accept the delivery, we’ll leave your package as per your instructions. We know your package is important, so we’ll even send you a photo of where we left it!
We currently deliver to Sydney and Canberra, check if your suburb is included by searching our Delivery Locations page.
A flat rate of $9.99, no matter how many meals you order. Free shipping applies to all orders of $99 or more.
We treat your delivery like precious cargo! RASHAYS meal kits are delivered in insulated packaging to ensure your food stays fresh and at the right temperature.
Any changes to your order can be made by contacting our Customer Service Team by email: customerservice@rashays.com or by phone: 13000 13000 between the hours of 8:30am to 10pm, 7 days a week. Note: No changes can be made to orders with same day delivery.
To ensure your promo code is applied to your order, follow the steps below:
- Sign into your account, ensuring the email address you’ve signed in with is the same email used to receive your promo code.
- Manually type in your promo code.
- Click Apply Coupon.
- Only one coupon can be applied per order.
- If a customer has purchased an order over $100, a Free Delivery coupon is automatically applied. This counts as one coupon, so no additional promotional codes can be applied to this order.

Straight in the pan, ready in 10! Simply follow our step-by-step recipe cards included in your meal kit.
All the ingredients you need are included in your meal kit, even salt, pepper and oil! You will require a cooking pan, microwave and stove top, and depending on the meal kit, an oven.
As a fresh product, our RASHAYS Meal Kits have a shelf life of 5 days refrigerated. Some of our Meal Kits have a 7 day shelf life refrigerated.
